It’s hard to believe summer is already knocking at the door! May has been a busy and exciting month for us—we’ve officially transitioned our rentals and welcomed a number of fantastic new listings to our portfolio. Despite the ongoing challenges of low inventory and competitive multiple-offer situations, we’ve successfully helped several of our buyers find their perfect homes. There’s no better feeling!
I’m also excited to introduce a new section in our newsletter: the Rentals Spotlight! Here, you’ll find recently leased properties and upcoming rental opportunities. It’s our way of keeping you in the loop on the latest activity in the rental market and showcasing the strong demand we’re seeing across our investor-owned properties. School is finally out, and it’s time for the kids to dive headfirst into summer fun. And to all the incredible teachers out there—lucky you! You’ve earned this well-deserved extended spring break. Take some time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the flowers in full bloom.
On a personal note, I’m looking forward to heading to New York City with my son Layton during the first week of June. We’re catching another concert together—this time at the Governors Ball. It’s become a fun little tradition we both treasure, and I’m grateful for these memories in the making.
